About Vody

​

Vody has been an artist for as long as she can remember. Having an art education degree from the University of Wisconsin, she taught art K - 12 for over 11 years. After a lengthy career diversion, she discovered calligraphy and found it to be immensely relaxing. Murals came as a surprise after her husband died in 1994, making it necessary to return to work. Now she readily admits to having so much fun that "there must be a sin in here somewhere."

Her work is seen in hundreds of private and public collections throughout the United States and Mexico.
